📋 Description

• Analyze and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure and service offerings • Guide and support network modernization and security, application refactoring, and migration of data center applications to the cloud • Partner with customers to develop mission-support IT strategies • Assess current and future skills and technologies for emerging mission needs • Shape future enterprise architecture and roadmaps for the command • Assess DoW frameworks, including DoDAF, UAF, and TOGAF, and ensure use cases adhere to them • Develop “as is” and “to be” architectures and scalable, extensible solutions • Assist with enterprise Agile/SAFe activities • Lead enterprise architecture model development and curation using MBSE methods according to UAF standards • Define digital platform architecture frameworks, design methodologies, and best practices • Implement the platform under an automated configuration management framework • Provide in-depth information security expertise • Own the architecture of the data framework used to collect and provide program performance metrics • Analyze system operations and decompose systems using OMG frameworks • Model systems from multiple perspectives and abstraction levels • Meet with stakeholders to analyze requirements, processes, systems, and capabilities • Extend UML-based models to other tools and modeling environments via frameworks/APIs • Generate data and reports • Present professionally and provide customer service to customers and peers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience • BA/BS or equivalent experience • Secret clearance must currently be possessed • US citizenship required • CISSP, Security+ CE, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, or other DoD 8140 certification required • Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation • Knowledge of architecture frameworks, complex systems, and enterprise architecture • Ability to analyze system operations • Ability to perform system decomposition using OMG frameworks, including UML, DoDAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, and UAF • Ability to model systems across capability, operational, system, and functional perspectives and varying abstraction levels • Familiarity with UML modeling tools; Cameo Enterprise Architect preferred • Ability to engage stakeholders across varied system domains and analyze requirements, processes, systems, and capabilities • Ability to extend UML-based models to other tools or modeling environments through existing frameworks/APIs • Familiarity with executable models; fUML specification preferred • Ability to generate data and reports • Customer service and presentation skills • Experience modeling complex systems for DoW or other government organizations desired • Experience publishing models to web-based or document-based formats desired • Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive, high-quality environments desired • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills desired • Ability to multitask, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail desired • Crestron Certified Programmer, Certified User Experience Designer, or Python certification desired
