📋 Description

• Support Federal EHR HIT Modernization program activities for the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Records Modernization program • Contribute to device engineering workstream programs and projects • Develop solutions to complex device engineering workstream problems • Perform systems design, development, and integration throughout the systems life cycle • Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of biomedical and end-user devices with customers • Prepare and maintain process and procedure documentation for device engineering projects • Provide solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems • Maintain knowledge of biomedical and end-user devices and the Oracle Health EHR system • Work cross-functionally with cybersecurity and implementation workstreams • Coach less-experienced professionals and potentially serve as a team or task lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects • Experience with Oracle HEALTH • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Experience developing solutions to complex device engineering workstream problems • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed • Experience with biomedical device design, device integration, and medical device technologies • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines • Ability to produce high-quality documentation • U.S. citizenship is not required
