📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define testing scope • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools • Develop and execute test plans with detailed coverage and traceability • Develop and maintain datasets for automated and manual/exploratory data-driven tests • Set up and tear down datasets using PowerShell, Bash, command-line scripts, or SQL statements • Compare large datasets across systems and identify anomalies and edge cases • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems • Conduct exploratory testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Analyze test results, identify defects, and document testing metrics, progress, and outcomes • Work with application teams to resolve defects • Maintain and improve test integration with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing components • Implement performance testing strategies and identify software performance bottlenecks • Stay current with QA automation tools and techniques, including Jira plug-ins, Playwright features, and generative AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or testing • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Node.js, PL-SQL, T-SQL, or similar languages • Expertise in Playwright, JUnit, JMeter, TestNG, Xray, or similar testing frameworks and tools • Expertise testing relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server • Experience with Git and Jira • Familiarity with Jenkins and GitLab CI • Solid understanding of rapid software testing methodologies, principles, and practices • US Citizenship Required: Yes • Public Trust/Other Required: BI Full 6C (T4) • Travel required: Less than 10% • Preferred: API testing with Postman or REST-assured • Preferred: Testing cloud-based applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Preferred: Agile or Scrum experience
