📋 Description

• Lead and execute procurement activities across the Cloud & On-Prem Software team • Manage end-to-end sourcing events • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs • Perform competitive, supplier, and cost analyses • Support strategic sourcing activities and contract negotiations • Define business requirements with cross-functional teams • Assess supplier capabilities and analyze cost drivers • Recommend sourcing strategies supporting program objectives • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and records • Facilitate cross-functional communication and supplier meetings • Drive issue resolution and support early-stage supplier engagement • Identify process improvements and enhance workflows • Contribute to procurement tools, templates, and best practices • Improve data quality and provide actionable procurement insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; 6+ years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree • 6+ years of related experience • Government procurement experience highly desired • Relevant experience in business, supply chain, operations, government contracting, or other procurement-adjacent fields • Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company • Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented; works quickly and efficiently and learns quickly • Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process • US Citizenship required • Contract negotiations, risk assessments, and sourcing/procurement knowledge
