📋 Description

• Develop advanced solutions to complex engineering problems across Avaya, Juniper, Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft products • Perform advanced systems design, development, and integration throughout the systems life cycle • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools • Prepare and maintain engineering project process and procedure documentation • Perform complex systems development and design, including logic design, I/O design, model formulation, computer architecture analysis and design, and digital systems engineering • Provide system, equipment, and specialized training and technical guidance • Support Avaya systems as a subject matter expert • Develop and support OSSI-based automation tools and scripting frameworks • Design, build, and deliver reliable Unified Communications for the Federal Aviation Administration customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science • 15+ years of related experience • Avaya SME expertise • OSSI SME expertise • Telecommunications Service Delivery SME expertise • Configuration Management • Cloud deployments • Python at the developmental level • Avaya Aura expertise is required • Experience creating OSSI scripting frameworks • Experience with Avaya Aura System Manager database schema and OSSI interface • Agency Specific Suitability: FAA • Travel required less than 10%
