• BS from accredited university or college (STEM) and/ or a BA with 5 years in a direct related field • 5 years of experience with power transmission and distribution equipment and or Services • experience developing and executing successful growth strategies • ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers • 5 plus years of experience with power transmission and distribution equipment Services sales • mechanical or electrical engineering background • ability to travel as required (up to 50%) • strong oral and written communication skills • strong interpersonal and leadership skills • demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • established project management skills
