• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and service agreements. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), obligations, milestones, and deliverables for active contracts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related performance issues and escalations. • Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, legal, finance, operations, and project management. • Identify and address supplier, vendor, or contractor performance gaps and develop corrective action plans. • Review contract changes, amendments, renewals, and extensions to ensure alignment with business needs. • Support governance review meetings and performance reporting. • Assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness for all contract activities. • Analyze contract data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes, claims, and non-performance issues. • Support negotiation preparation by providing performance insights and historical contract analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and/or equivalent experience in the power generation industry. • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract terms, performance metrics, and commercial frameworks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
