⢠Support various contracts and agreements, including fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, FAR Part 12/15, OTA, international, and civil contracts ⢠Standardize processes for maximum throughput, with a heavy focus on U.S. Government traditional contract structures ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to support and guide the capture process for new opportunities ⢠Ensure continued execution of existing agreements ⢠Assess, disposition, and flow down FAR and DFARS requirements and commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts ⢠Support the full contract life cycle across multiple programs ⢠Assess solicitations and develop proposal strategy and compilation ⢠Participate in audits and negotiations ⢠Manage contract operations and changes ⢠Maintain customer relationships ⢠Administer claims and disputes ⢠Close out contracts ⢠Participate in special projects as assigned ⢠Balance customer expectations while meeting business objectives
⢠Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ⢠5-7 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution ⢠Experience with administration of Federal Acquisition Regulations, with emphasis in Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and 15 Contracting by Negotiation, and the aligned DoD Regulation Supplement ⢠Experience evaluating risk against commercial terms and conditions ⢠Experience briefing stakeholders including cross functional team members and functional leadership ⢠Periodic travel required ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and influencing skills ⢠Ability to analyze and resolve problems ⢠Advocate for continuous improvement and Flight Deck fundamentals ⢠Motivated to execute independently or with minimal supervision when appropriate ⢠Ability to obtain security clearance ⢠Project management and other leadership skills ⢠Ability to prove U.S. Person status as a U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or protected individual with asylee or refugee status ⢠Legally authorized to work in the United States ⢠Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable ⢠May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
