📋 Description

• Lead the global team providing end-to-end Secure Network Services • Define and manage the Secure Network Services strategy, service catalog, SLAs, and KPIs • Execute service roadmaps for secure connectivity across sites, cloud edges, and remote access • Partner with the Executive – Cyber Services on overall Cyber Services strategy and portfolio • Own secure connectivity for OT/ICS environments, Export Control Vaults, and site perimeters • Define and maintain zoning and segmentation patterns to reduce lateral movement and protect manufacturing and engineering assets • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and plant leadership on connectivity designs • Lead secure connectivity design for new sites, expansions, and OT modernization programs • Own ZTNA services for on-site, remote, and third-party users • Integrate ZTNA with identity, device posture, and application access policies • Partner with infrastructure, collaboration, and application teams to improve user experience and network security • Establish processes for service health, incident response handoffs, and change management • Own service and risk metrics for secure connectivity and drive continuous improvement using lean/FLIGHT DECK principles • Partner with SOC and incident response teams on monitoring, logging, and response for network security events • Drive automation and standardization in firewall policy management, configuration, and deployment • Lead direct reports and a global team of approximately 11 network security specialists and engineers • Build a high-performing, diverse team and culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Mentor managers and senior engineers in OT networking, Zero Trust, and export-controlled connectivity • Collaborate with Cyber Services peers to deliver integrated services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience (US and India candidates) • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Cyber Operations, Network Security Engineering, or Security Service Delivery in large, complex organizations • 5+ years as a People Leader, including leadership of multi-location or global teams of senior professionals/managers • Proven experience owning and operating secure network services at enterprise scale, including firewalls, segmentation, and remote access/Zero Trust • Experience with OT/ICS networking and/or connectivity for export-controlled or other regulated environments • Legal authorization to work in the U.S./India is required; no employment visa sponsorship for US/India role • For UK candidates: significant experience in Cyber Operations, Network Security Engineering, or Security Service Delivery in large, complex organizations • For UK candidates: 5+ years as a People Leader, including leadership of multi-location or global teams of senior professionals/managers • UK eligibility text requires legal authorization to work in the U.S., India, and U.K.; no employment visa sponsorship stated in that section • UK Security Clearance (SC) is required and must be maintained • UK role restricted to British Nationals or dual Nationals where one nationality is British, subject to restrictions • Preferred: expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN/SD-WAN, ZTNA, SASE, and network segmentation • Preferred: experience with service catalogs, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for network or cyber services • Preferred: background in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or regulated mission-critical industries • Preferred: experience standardizing and modernizing secure connectivity services globally • Preferred: business and financial acumen, including budget management and investment tradeoffs • Preferred: executive presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Military experience is equivalent to professional experience • Successful completion of a drug screen may be required; employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
