📋 Description

• Install, monitor, and customize clients’ patient care infrastructure systems after hardware or software purchases • Implement solutions in collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Network Design and Digital Services, customer IT, and biomedical teams • Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support new solution installations • Perform installation, validation, and connectivity for assigned equipment • Co-lead customer engagements and maintain frequent communication to identify needs, resolve issues, follow up, and ensure customer satisfaction • Consult with customer IT and biomedical teams regarding installation requirements and cybersecurity concerns • Mentor and coach local field engineers on installed solutions • Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, technical project plans, technical walkthroughs, and post-warranty customer conversations • Manage vendor services as needed • Provide personnel instruction on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair • Support engineering for new product releases • Travel throughout the United States, with minimum expected travel of 90%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience installing and configuring network equipment • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience • Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure • Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures • Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices • Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities • Willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 90% • Certified in CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
