📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service • Perform new machine installation, commissioning and customer training • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers • Ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service levels, prompt execution and customer follow-up • Act in a professional, courteous and business-like manner to enhance the company in the marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • A minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment • Extensive travel, up to 75% • Ability to work up to 12 hours at times • Availability for occasional weekend work • Understanding of hand tools and mechanical techniques • Computer literate • Some technical writing skills • Ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical manuals • Must be able to function well in an unsupervised position • Must have a valid driver license • Must be able to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people • Good organizational skills, particularly on site, are critical • Background in wastewater, renewable energy, dairies, or breweries preferred
