• Coordinate and manage learning programs throughout their lifecycle, including demand planning, logistics, production, and post-session sustainment • Manage logistics and readiness for virtual and in-person delivery, including scheduling, invitations, rosters, platforms, rooms, materials, facilitators, and vendors • Administer the Learning Management System, including setting up offerings and managing enrollments, rosters, and completions • Communicate course information to participants and address questions • Develop, maintain, and improve standard work, templates, and operating cadences • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution and enhance the learner, facilitator, and stakeholder experience • Use Lean tools and resources to record and track completion of key performance indicators • Monitor course enrollments, costs, and other metrics, and flag trends for decision-making • Partner with Learning Program Managers on initiatives and projects • Support communications, change management, and stakeholder updates • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing workflows
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a similar field • Proficiency with Cornerstone LMS, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams • Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrixed environment • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset • Strong communication skills to work with business leaders and training administration and delivery vendors • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment while balancing and executing multiple priorities • Experience administering the technical backend of a Learning Management System • Experience in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization • Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable outcomes • Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing, such as SSS • Confidence using AI in everyday work • Must be within 40 miles of a major US airport and located in the Eastern or Central time zone • Travel of 10% or less • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
