📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including hands-on and shadow-based training for Care Team roles • Support new hires during ramp-up by answering clinical and workflow questions and identifying training gaps • Prepare and deliver training materials for new Care Team cohorts during new-market launches • Travel to new markets to support in-person training and go-live readiness • Gather feedback and incorporate market-launch learnings into onboarding and training playbooks • Build and maintain scalable training content reflecting oncology, palliative, and value-based care standards • Track completion of required training and certifications • Translate clinical guidelines and protocols into practical training content • Monitor emerging clinical guidelines and licensure requirements • Review Care Team documentation and workflows against clinical quality measures • Develop targeted training to address adherence gaps and trends • Coach Care Team Managers on corrective actions and best practices • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Market Operations, and People teams

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required • Hands-on clinical experience in oncology and/or palliative care required • Some experience with precepting, mentoring, onboarding new staff, or leading in-service training • Ability to explain clinical concepts and workflows clearly to varied audiences, in person and virtually • Ability to manage training logistics, documentation, and compliance tracking accurately and consistently • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built • Able to travel up to 25% of the time • Willingness to train on and support virtual care staffing as needed • Passion for improving the experience of people navigating a cancer diagnosis • ONS certification preferred
