📋 Description

• Facilitate high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders implementing Amplify STEM programs • Develop deep expertise in Amplify STEM programs and professional learning offerings • Deliver remote and onsite professional development approximately two days per week to groups of 30–40 educators • Differentiate facilitation for diverse school and district partners • Manage session logistics and complete deliverables accurately and on time • Participate in certification training and ongoing observation, coaching, and feedback cycles • Coach and develop a cohort of approximately 30–40 Professional Learning Specialists through observations, coaching conversations, modeling, peer practice, and feedback • Design and implement targeted development plans based on observation data, customer feedback, survey results, and self-reflection • Review post-session survey data to identify trends and provide actionable feedback • Communicate insights on individual and cohort performance to internal stakeholders • Partner in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new Professional Learning Specialists • Share customer experience and product implementation insights with Product and Program teams • Stay current on product updates, enhancements, and implementation guidance • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, resource development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years of PreK–12 teaching experience • At least 2 years of experience coaching educators in PreK–12 settings • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and demonstrated application in professional development settings • Deep knowledge of STEM instructional best practices aligned to grade-level standards • Proven ability to facilitate engaging and effective in-person and virtual professional development • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in real time • Strong organizational and time management skills across competing priorities • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays and transportation by car, plane, and/or public transportation • Ability to attend in-person onboarding or periodic employment-related events at Amplify’s New York headquarters • Background check required if selected • Ability to provide additional documentation, vaccination proof, or undergo fingerprinting if required by applicable laws or district policies • Preferred: Experience coaching or training educators using Amplify programs • Preferred: Experience supporting diverse student populations, including English learners, students with disabilities, and gifted learners
