📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives • Translate complex processes and business rules into clear, actionable learning content • Create multimedia training content including gamification, video, audio, infographics, handouts, worksheets, presentations, and instructional guides • Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas • Select effective instructional approaches blending instructor-led and self-directed techniques using adult learning concepts • Ensure training content aligns with operational standards and supports consistent execution • Manage course updates, 508 compliance, and version control • Develop and implement methods to measure training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics • Support trainers and Operations teams preparing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and coaching sessions • Keep training materials current, accurate, and aligned with standardized processes and business rules

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field • Knowledge of instructional design approaches for developing courses for system and process training • Experience facilitating instructor-led training sessions (optional/desired)
