📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of future leaders • Assess talent and identify employees with leadership potential • Design and execute leadership development programs and workshops • Provide coaching, mentoring, and developmental feedback • Support succession planning initiatives across the business • Lead and develop Business Development Managers and Training Managers • Measure program effectiveness and improve leadership readiness outcomes • Travel approximately 75% of the time to support field coaching, leadership development, and business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership and people-development experience • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities • Experience in leadership development, talent development, sales management, training, or related fields • Ability to influence and develop leaders at various career stages • Willingness to travel frequently, with heavy travel requirements of approximately 3 weeks per month (75% of the time)
