• Implement and coordinate comprehensive executive protection plans for high-profile individuals • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses and recommend mitigation actions • Provide driving, logistics, and protective services for senior executives, Board members, and others as directed • Support public appearances, meetings, engagements, and domestic and international travel • Coordinate security operations for conferences, meetings, and special events • Partner with event planners, security logistics, and stakeholders to communicate security plans • Coordinate on-site security teams and interface with local law enforcement and emergency services • Conduct security audits and inspections for policy and industry-standard compliance • Implement and monitor surveillance and other security technologies • Train and guide employees on security best practices and emergency response procedures • Manage assigned elements of the Protective Services program • Collaborate with Site Security Leaders, HR, Legal, Facilities, and other stakeholders • Administer after-action reports and capture lessons learned and improvement actions • Manage special projects and communicate with stakeholders • Rapidly deploy to locations requiring additional security support during crises or incidents
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or 10 years of law enforcement or military service in a related field • Must carry a firearm • Must meet applicable LEOSA eligibility requirements • Must be legally authorized to carry a concealed firearm • Pass Fitness for Duty Examination • Previous experience in executive protection, preferably with high-profile clients • Ability to travel domestically and internationally; estimated travel averages 40–60% and varies by business needs • Proven track record supporting security operations at large-scale events • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Proficiency in security technology and surveillance systems • Must be able to deploy rapidly for urgent or emerging security needs • Full-time availability with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods • Background and drug screening required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be a U.S. Person or obtain U.S. Government authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information
