📋 Description

• Perform on-time and accurate preventative maintenance activities • Independently perform equipment installations, testing, documentation, and customer handoff activities on X-Ray and Ultrasound systems • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and installation activities within designated modalities • Communicate and partner effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers • Ensure proper customer follow-up and satisfaction • Recommend value-added services to help customers operate more efficiently • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner • Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts • Engage commercial counterparts, identify potential sales leads, participate in contract renewals, and assist with revenue programs • Build and enhance customer relationships positioning GE HealthCare as a trusted partner • Monitor competitor information and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participation in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends • Must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test • Must comply with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional drug tests or background checks when applicable • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Specific vision abilities may include color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception • Preferred: technical capabilities in XR/UL PM
