📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventive maintenance on medical equipment in hospitals or healthcare systems • Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment of moderate complexity • Lead customer communications and serve as escalation point for customer concerns, including installations • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification through resolution • Collaborate with team members to determine appropriate customer solutions • Lead installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs on designated equipment • Support service sales with contract and on-demand revenue growth • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication, resolution, and follow-up • Follow company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing, metrics, and parts ordering • Recommend value-added services to help customers operate more efficiently • Use GE HealthCare escalation processes and collaborate with regional and national support to implement corrective action plans • Support the Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Southwest Michigan service region, primarily providing MR support

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience • Technical capabilities in MR, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License • Experience with web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required • Employer will not sponsor employment visas • Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, and sit and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex or extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Specific vision abilities may include color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception • Must successfully complete a drug screen, as applicable
