📋 Description

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities • Repair equipment quickly and efficiently to customer specifications • Address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic system challenges • Train customers on safe equipment operation, maintenance, and parts ordering • Provide service-team contact information for future service and parts needs • Ensure customers understand operational and safety procedures • Complete accurate service documentation and submit trip expenses within 24 hours of job completion • Complete weekly expense reports and timesheets accurately and promptly • Manage expenses cost-effectively • Travel to customer facilities with frequent overnight stays • Accommodate internal and external customer schedules • Work on either a 10-consecutive-days-on/4-days-off schedule or Monday-Friday with one working weekend per month, as determined by management

🎯 Requirements

• Significant mechanical aptitude • Ability to troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and operationally • Strong electrical and mechanical experience • Pneumatic and machine shop skills • Ability to use technical drawings • Electromechanical knowledge • Complex problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work well in high-stress environments while maintaining professionalism • Ability to respond and adjust to changing or new situations • Ability to work flexible schedules, outside normal business hours, and some weekends • Willingness to travel with little notice • Overnight stays required most workdays • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs • Close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision; ability to adjust focus
