• Build and maintain a single CT portfolio strategy across the GE HealthCare CT business • Develop a cohesive cross-segment CT portfolio narrative across PCCT, Ultra-Premium, Performance/Value, Care Area, and Digital/Smart Subscription offerings • Maintain CT portfolio message architecture and ensure consistent segment positioning • Coordinate segment Directors and structure portfolio prioritization • Identify portfolio whitespace, cannibalization risk, and sequencing conflicts; provide recommendations to the CMO • Ensure portfolio marketing activity follows healthcare regulations, corporate policies, privacy requirements, and brand standards • Own and maintain one CT portfolio launch calendar • Run annual and bi-annual CT marketing planning cadence and consolidate segment inputs into one portfolio plan • Sequence launches, campaigns, and content drops against commercial, regional, and congress calendars • Track launch readiness and escalate delays • Own CT portfolio performance reporting and prepare portfolio reviews for the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team • Align portfolio marketing objectives, lead generation activity, and commercial outcomes • Partner on attribution, funnel performance analysis, and campaign ROI measurement • Coordinate the CT portfolio marketing budget with Finance, the CMO, and segment Directors • Track spend, maintain forecast accuracy, and provide budget and variance reporting • Manage ASTs, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and agency and contract administration • Identify cost optimization and shared-investment opportunities • Coordinate CT presence at trade shows, congresses, and customer events • Support event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and measurement • Report event effectiveness and business impact at portfolio level
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • 6+ years of progressive product marketing, portfolio marketing, marketing operations, or commercial operations experience • Experience coordinating across multiple product lines, segments, or business owners without direct authority • Track record managing launch calendars, campaign execution, and marketing program operations end to end • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials • Ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Experience within healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, healthcare IT, or another regulated industry • Familiarity with CT or diagnostic imaging clinical workflows, customer segments, and buying centers • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms • Experience supporting global marketing teams and regional commercial organizations
