📋 Description

• Lead integration of GE Healthcare products into various hospital IT systems • Design, configure, implement, and test HL7 interfaces • Support installation and testing of CARESCAPE Gateway products • Provide technical support to customers • Work on multiple projects, ranging from a few weeks to unlimited duration • Support customers in all time zones • Support occasional after-hours go-lives and support issues • Work with external customers throughout the project life cycle • Develop or improve tools, processes, products, and service offerings • Innovate to improve current products and processes • Comply with GEHC quality, compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements • Complete required Quality & Compliance training • Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of HL7 experience • Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification • Experience with vendor integration to Cerner, Epic, or Meditech • Experience with ADT interfaces • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to support customers in all time zones and occasional after-hours go-lives • Willingness to work with external customers throughout the project life cycle • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must successfully complete a drug screen, as applicable • No employment visa sponsorship available • Desired: Cloverleaf Level 2 or 3 Certification • Desired: Experience working with SQL databases • Desired: VM integration knowledge • Desired: Familiarity with GE Healthcare Patient Care Solution products
