• Lead end-to-end design transfer activities for new product introduction programs • Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams • Ensure manufacturing readiness through process capability development, tooling readiness, product validation, and production launch planning • Lead Transfer of Work initiatives, including supplier transfers, manufacturing site moves, and footprint optimization projects • Establish program scope, milestones, schedules, and execution plans • Lead, coach, and develop a team of program leaders • Align resources, priorities, and execution plans with organizational stakeholders • Implement program governance, risk management, issue resolution, milestone tracking, and executive reporting • Serve as the primary interface between Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams • Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and validation standards • Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cycle-time reduction • Apply program management frameworks, governance processes, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or program leadership roles • Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), design transfer, supply chain transformation, or operational transfer programs • People leadership experience, including team development and performance management • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and quality management systems • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, validation methodologies, and operational readiness activities • Ability to lead complex, high-impact programs across multiple functions and locations • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization • Ability to balance competing priorities while delivering business results • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas for this opening • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
