📋 Description

• Be the change agent for people, process, and systems • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals • Lead cross-functional teams across loan processing, leasing operations, servicing, and customer support • Implement a scalable system that supports business growth, automation, simplification, and reduced complexity and customization • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team and create a sustainable business model • Collaborate with sales, credit, product, and technology teams to support new product launches and market expansion • Serve as a key liaison with external partners, vendors, and healthcare clients • Streamline workflows for loan origination, underwriting, documentation, funding, and servicing • Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and customer satisfaction • Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on operational health and strategic initiatives • Implement digital tools and AI/ML technology to improve turnaround times and reduce operational risk • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality • Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage audits and regulatory reviews • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 8 years of experience in leasing and loan operations • MBA or a master's degree in a related field desired • Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, or CTP) preferred • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link business strategy, operations, and financials • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situation • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable) • Employment visa sponsorship is not available
