📋 Description

• Lead key workstreams in onboarding and historical data migration for new clients • Convert and reconcile historical accounting data from prior administrators or systems • Perform and self-review trial balance, capital account, and transaction reconciliations • Set up and validate fund, entity, and investor information in accounting systems • Prepare and quality-check supporting schedules, workpapers, and financial statement tie-outs • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for reconciliation and data issues • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor as needed • Guide and provide on-the-job training to fund accountants • Review fund accountants’ work as assigned • Maintain and monitor transition checklists and ensure timely completion of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred • 2 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience • Private equity experience preferred • Prior transition, conversion, or onboarding experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of private-equity fund structures, allocations, and partner capital accounting • Experience with fund accounting systems such as Intacct, Investran, or Allvue preferred • Effective communication and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
