📋 Description

• Learn to be an expert on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every position's responsibilities in the WOW Process. • Provide an exceptional customer experience and strive to be the best. • Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. • Take the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform CSR duties for several weeks. • Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and successfully perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks. • Take the Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully perform Estimator duties for several months. • Complete role-based competencies for each position in the shop. • Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required. • College or Military background preferred. • Automotive technical education training preferred. • Completed courses specializing in repair procedures. • Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop. • Must successfully complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
