📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and submit clean claims daily through Open Dental • Obtain detailed insurance breakdowns and input them into patient files • Follow up on outstanding, denied, or rejected claims • Audit aging reports • Process co-pays • Post insurance payments • Support pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in and be eligible to work in Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, or Washington • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience navigating Open Dental claims administration • Familiarity with DentalXchange, Trex (Vyne), or other major billing clearinghouses is highly preferred • Exceptional phone communication and patience for navigating insurance IVRs • Fully comfortable working consistent Pacific Time Zone hours • Successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screening is required • Ability to prepare, review, and submit dental claims • Ability to obtain insurance breakdowns and maintain accurate patient files • Attention to detail for auditing aging reports, processing co-pays, and posting insurance payments
