📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support a team of mobile phlebotomists as their first point of contact • Follow daily Leader Standard Work, including check-ins, schedule and route reviews, and end-of-day follow-ups • Run short team meetings covering priorities, updates, wins, and safety or quality reminders • Track daily metrics such as on-time arrivals, completed visits, and specimen quality • Flag issues to the Field Supervisor and use problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys • Perform field check-ins and quality spot-checks for standard work and safety compliance • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and shadowing new hires, including regional travel • Help with scheduling adjustments, coverage gaps, and timecard or expense reviews • Handle first-level patient and team concerns, escalating complex issues to leadership • Share field feedback and improvement ideas • Conduct daily check-ins, weekly team meetings, field check-ins, and ongoing support to ensure on-time, high-quality patient visits

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience; mobile or in-home phlebotomy a plus • Active phlebotomy certification (and state license where required) • 1+ year of lead, trainer, preceptor, or informal leadership experience preferred • Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional approach with patients • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using Google Workspace, mobile apps, and new technology platforms • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage your own schedule while supporting others • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to travel up to 25% for training and onboarding • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment for employees in contact with patients
