📋 Description

• Own the rhythm of business for Nerdio’s entire Go-To-Market organization, including leadership meetings, MBR/QBR, AOP planning cycles, operating cadence, executive business reviews, and internal meetings • Drive GTM planning, strategic initiative execution, follow-through, and accountability for leadership commitments • Prepare for and advise on key customer, partner, and executive engagements • Synthesize account and pipeline context, frame key asks and risks, and follow up on commitments • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Sales leadership on GTM operations, resourcing, performance, and decision support • Develop and execute GTM operations strategy aligned with business objectives and annual plans • Establish and report on GTM KPIs and performance metrics • Maintain visibility into pipeline health, sales execution, and partner sales contribution • Surface risks, gaps, and opportunities and translate insights into recommendations • Enable AI and technology improvements for GTM productivity, forecasting, and customer journey visibility • Set agendas, prepare materials, run meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through • Track all follow-ups and actions for the President • Filter and prioritize matters reaching the President, helping manage executive time and focus • Represent the President in selected forums • Operate with discretion regarding confidential strategy, people, and performance information • Accompany the President on some customer and partner travel

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5 to 7 years of experience; candidates earlier in their career may be considered • Availability when the President is working and outside normal working hours; ability to make Nerdio a priority • Experience engaging directly with senior executives as a Chief of Staff, Business Manager, similar internal partner, consultant, investor, or advisor to executive clients or portfolio company leadership • Experience managing executive priorities and follow-through • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities • Demonstrated ability to lead GTM planning, operating cadence, executive reporting, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution at scale • Track record of running disciplined operating rhythms and holding senior leaders accountable for commitments and follow-through • Commercial acumen and ability to prepare for and advise in customer and partner meetings • Strong analytical judgment and business acumen; ability to turn data into insights, recommendations, and executive-level decisions • Experience partnering with senior leaders across GTM, Finance, HR, Product, IT, and Revenue Operations • Ability to build trust, influence without direct authority, and drive alignment across teams, priorities, and time zones • Exceptional rigor, executive presence, and demonstrated outperformance in a competitive environment • Willingness to travel to customer and partner engagements
