📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the GVP of Global Partnerships • Provide strategic analysis, insights, and recommendations • Identify opportunities to increase the GVP's leverage and effectiveness • Represent the GVP in meetings, communications, and cross-functional engagements • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for critical meetings, board presentations, and executive engagements • Drive the operating model and rhythm of business for Global Partnerships • Lead annual planning, internal QBR processes, partner QBRs, and business governance cadences • Own long-range planning, annual planning, and budget allocation • Establish and track KPIs and operational metrics; develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms • Lead resource planning, headcount management, and cost assessment with Finance and HR • Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives across organizational boundaries • Act as the central hub for internal communications • Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing inputs and developing actionable recommendations • Partner with HR and leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning • Foster alignment across distributed teams and regions • Champion culture, team engagement, morale, and professional development initiatives • Coordinate hiring efforts to support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, business operations, or chief of staff roles • Experience in partnerships, alliances, channels, or business development environments strongly preferred • Understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market motions is a significant plus • MBA from a top-tier program preferred, or equivalent experience • Ability to operate as a strategic thought partner to senior executives and drive execution • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong program management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to influence C-suite executives • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Emotional intelligence, discretion, and judgment; ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Executive presence and ability to build trust and relationships • Self-starter with ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive • Experience with SaaS business models, metrics, and industry dynamics preferred • Proficiency with Dynamics, Microsoft Office, and Tableau/BI tools
