📋 Description

• Create accessible, user-friendly, and localizable documentation for VDI management tools • Work within the software development lifecycle with designers and engineers • Research and test documentation content • Write and source-manage XML structured content • Manage localization and publishing across documentation channels • Use AI tools and scripting languages to improve and automate documentation processes • Collaborate on cloud-based solutions built around Microsoft Azure

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to identify and profile target audiences and write technically accurate, engaging content tailored to their needs • Experience creating and source-managing XML structured content • Advanced XML structured authoring experience, including variable resolution, content reuse, multichannel output, and multilingual publishing • Deep understanding of software user experience design and technical documentation’s role in shaping it • Solid organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and keep multiple projects on track • Passion for using and improving software • Curiosity about AI and process automation • Creative problem-solving attitude • Confidence to pitch ideas to senior managers, create prototypes, and demonstrate process improvements • Preferred: direct knowledge or experience of VDI and/or Microsoft Azure • Preferred: experience migrating documentation between tool stacks and handling post-migration cleanup and maintenance • Preferred: experience delivering localization projects at scale using a Translation Management System • Preferred: experience working with engineers and project managers to deliver software releases in Azure DevOps or similar
