📋 Description

• Lead FP&A ownership of a $10B revenue / $4.7B gross margin portfolio • Shape long-term business finance strategy • Unify global planning and reporting standards across business lines including parts, repairs, and field fulfillment • Design and execute post-transformation finance processes • Integrate outage mechanics, field execution realities, and cost inputs across 700+ annual service events and $2.6B+ in parts deliveries • Lead global analytical standards and driver-based models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce MAPE to less than 3% • Resolve cross-functional barriers and optimize financial outcomes across commercial, operations, supply chain, and field execution teams • Lead transformation by setting vision and building a high-performance FP&A organization • Partner with four business-line leaders to drive fact-based decision-making and accountability • Provide financial partnership to the Gas Power Services CEO and CFO • Report to the Global Services CFO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge or experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit • Strong experience in finance leadership roles • Previous experience leading global organizations • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience (preferred) • Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.) • Strong knowledge of Gas Power and HDGT Services business is preferred • Gas Power business experience • Strategic thinking and ability to create and execute concrete action plans • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure • Experience managing a multinational finance organization • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
