📋 Description

• Execute steam turbine product service projects and initiatives • Solve equipment-related issues using technical analysis and internal resources • Support engineering requests, root cause analyses, and customer needs • Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers • Lead technical investigations within defined scope • Coordinate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives • Present technical data to stakeholders • Take ownership of project deliverables and sometimes act as project lead • Author and review engineering analyses, customer presentations, and internal guidance documents • Support corrective actions for equipment non-conformances • Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Contribute decisions and ideas benefiting the organization and customers • Build customer credibility and relationships when customer-facing • Develop fleet and product performance knowledge • Mentor and train others in areas of developing expertise • Participate in weekend duty phone

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Moderate experience with product service, field service, or related engineering experience • Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Steam turbine design or servicing experience preferred • Experience with field service preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
