📋 Description

• Collect and examine data for sourcing-related activities • Run reports and perform data analysis to support business operations • Engage stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met • Act as a Buyer for Projects and Parts as needed • Manage suppliers and commodities • Identify new sources of supply and cost-out initiatives • Drive sourcing and procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers across the Americas market • Manage supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and implement framework agreements • Issue purchase orders for components and support the full lifecycle of multiple orders • Improve regional KPIs including on-time delivery, savings against budget, year-over-year deflation, payment terms, cost of failure, and product cost-out • Collaborate with the Tendering team to recommend suppliers and meet customer delivery and cost targets • Coordinate supplier selection, development, and categorization • Develop reports, analyze spend, and identify cost-reduction and cash-flow improvement opportunities • Collaborate with global Project and Parts teams and strategic sourcing colleagues to implement sourcing and procurement strategies • Manage the procure-to-pay process and invoice resolution • Support an inclusive, diverse, and respectful team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management and tendering • Advanced M/S Office skills, including Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree in related areas desired • Experience as an SAP and Tableau user • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop key internal and external relationships and influence at all levels • Ability to develop and execute multiple strategic sourcing initiatives simultaneously • Motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
