• Lead the Major Correctives Project Management organization across North America • Lead, develop, and manage Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators • Own execution strategy, customer satisfaction, financial performance, resource alignment, governance, and continuous improvement • Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with GE Vernova, customer, regulatory, and prevailing wage requirements • Drive quality ownership, corrective action management, and responses to significant safety, quality, or execution events • Establish performance expectations, development plans, succession planning, and talent pipelines • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews • Provide escalation support and executive-level decision-making for high-risk projects and customer issues • Own execution performance across the Major Correctives project portfolio • Establish portfolio priorities and resource allocation strategies • Balance project demands against labor, equipment, cranes, tooling, and contractor capacity • Monitor project health using leading and lagging indicators • Own strategic customer relationships and serve as executive escalation point • Lead customer operating reviews, execution reviews, and recovery plans • Partner with Commercial and Account Management teams on growth and retention • Own portfolio-level revenue, margin, cost, cash flow, and forecasting performance • Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and recovery plans • Drive cost reduction while maintaining safety and quality • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and project closeout • Oversee contractors, crane providers, transportation vendors, labor suppliers, and specialty service providers • Implement standardized project management processes, governance mechanisms, project controls, scheduling, risk management, and reporting systems • Lead continuous improvement focused on cycle time, customer experience, cost reduction, and productivity
• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of project management, field service, or related experience • Minimum of 8 years of project management, operations, field execution, or service leadership experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Wind industry experience preferred • Major Component Exchange or Major Correctives experience preferred • PMP certification preferred • Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience preferred • Experience managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios across geographically dispersed teams preferred • Experience managing large-scale field execution projects within energy, industrial, construction, utilities, or renewable energy sectors preferred • Demonstrated success leading customer-facing organizations preferred • Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and cost controls preferred • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and complex field service operations preferred
