📋 Description

• Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements • Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development • Assist in customer negotiations • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process • Apply knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups to execute policy and strategy • Analyze competition and market differentiators • Propose solutions to complicated day-to-day problems involving projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers • Prioritize information for decision-making • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • May lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information and help bring team members to consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
