📋 Description

• Responsible for the Quality segment of GSI NAM from inquiry to order, order to remittance • Identify, develop, & deliver documented quality deliverables • Support the project through inspections and factory acceptance testing • Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors • Ensure equipment and site work deliverables are identified and communicated • Ensure compliance to all quality requirements from Project Management process and GEV standards • Foster Quality Assurance and Quality Control in all execution areas • Lead project quality activities across ITO and OTR phases • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams • Support and oversee FATs, inspections, customer visits, supplier surveillance, and project site visits • Track project quality KPIs, manage deviations, non-conformances, corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline • 5–10+ years of experience in project quality, quality engineering, or quality management • Experience developing and executing Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, FAT/SAT activities • Strong working knowledge of applicable standards and requirements • Experience managing non-conformances, CAPA, root cause analysis, audits, customer complaints • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics • Technical familiarity with equipment such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, cabling, welding, and fabrication • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, document control systems • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%
