📋 Description

• Partner with the Head of Executive Compensation to develop, implement, and administer executive compensation programs • Manage programs including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, equity compensation, deferred compensation, and executive benefits • Provide analytical insights and recommendations for compensation decisions involving senior executives and key leadership talent • Lead market benchmarking and competitive analyses using peer group and survey data • Prepare analyses and recommendations for annual compensation reviews, executive appointments, promotions, retention awards, and other compensation actions • Support planning and execution of Compensation Committee meetings • Develop board-quality materials, compensation analyses, presentations, and meeting follow-up activities • Partner with Legal, Finance, Corporate Secretary, and external advisors on governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder considerations • Support preparation and review of executive compensation disclosures, including CD&A, proxy statement tables, and SEC reporting requirements • Monitor market trends, governance practices, investor expectations, and regulatory developments • Develop financial models, compensation analyses, and executive-level presentations • Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve productivity, streamline processes, enhance reporting, and generate compensation insights • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Report directly to the Head of Executive Compensation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience • Significant executive compensation experience within a large public company or executive compensation consulting environment • Deep knowledge of executive compensation principles, incentive plan design, equity compensation, corporate governance, and executive compensation regulations • Experience supporting Compensation Committees and preparing board-level materials and analyses • Strong understanding of SEC executive compensation disclosure requirements and proxy statement preparation • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to senior executives and board members • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
