📋 Description

• Manage construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites • Oversee site mobilization, civil works, erection, and commissioning work • Supervise installation and construction operations, directly or indirectly • Manage subcontractors with technical expertise • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice/quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field • Coordinate and execute site mobilization, civil works, erection, commissioning, and customer-site construction activities • Manage activities within the defined scope • Contribute to prioritization and improve team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Installation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Strong analytic and problem-solving capability • Willingness to travel worldwide for long-term assignments • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
