📋 Description

• Create and manage short- and long-term subcontractor staffing strategy plans aligned with business goals and customer expectations • Monitor and adjust staffing strategies in real time based on demand and operational changes • Collaborate with the Sales Inventory Operations Planning team to maintain available workforce personnel • Evaluate staffing options with business lines, human resources, and sourcing to resolve workforce challenges • Identify workforce development process improvements and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives • Partner with Sourcing to identify, evaluate, and onboard variable workforce suppliers and vendors • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers in consultation with sourcing, operations, legal, and business line management • Analyze workforce performance data and KPIs and provide actionable insights • Monitor subcontractor supplier performance against KPIs and implement improvement initiatives • Prepare and present monthly subcontractor reports and performance dashboards to operations leadership, business leads, and executives • Ensure adherence to supplier agreement terms and conditions and assist with resolving commercial issues • Recommend and implement strategies to address short- and long-term subcontractor staffing needs for the Nuclear Field Services business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management OR High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management • Proficiency with workforce management and reporting software tools (P6, VNDLY, Oracle ERP or similar) • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools (Tableau or similar) • Experience in staffing power generation services projects • Knowledge of domestic/local labor laws • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
