📋 Description

• Lead the Supply Chain Controllership function supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations. • Develop and execute the controllership strategy for manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution. • Develop the vision, operating model, and talent strategy for the Supply Chain Controllership organization. • Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, and performance management. • Establish consistent accounting policies, governance, and scalable processes across business units. • Ensure accurate accounting and valuation for raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, spare parts, and excess and obsolete inventory under U.S. GAAP. • Oversee standard cost development and the annual cost roll process. • Monitor manufacturing variances, including purchase price, production, labor efficiency, material usage, scrap, yield, freight, and overhead absorption. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain accounting close activities, including compensation and benefits and capital investments accounting. • Ensure accurate reporting of inventory, cost of goods sold, manufacturing variances, fixed assets, inventory reserves, and freight and logistics expenses. • Support external reporting and SEC disclosure requirements, including DISE disclosures where applicable. • Use Lean principles to drive standardization and continuous improvement. • Drive innovation using ERP tools, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other digital tools. • Improve close timelines while enhancing quality and control. • Partner strategically with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Executive Leadership, Technical Accounting, Internal Audit, and external auditors. • Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulations. • Drive remediation of audit findings and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Major experience in supply chain accounting or other controllership areas. • Strong experience and knowledge in Electrification supply chain controllership activities. • Experience working across multi-country / multi-entity finance operations. • Ability to document processes and standard work; process mapping / VSM experience preferred. • Strong data analysis skills; advanced Excel preferred, with exposure to Power BI or similar a plus. • Highly analytical with well-developed problem-solving skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Highly collaborative. • Ability to collaborate across finance structures. • Resilience. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Experience managing a team. • Ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to lead programs / projects. • Established project management skills. • BPSS clearance is required and must be maintained. • Candidates must meet UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship eligibility requirements where applicable.
