📋 Description

• Leverage analytical methods, data, and business systems to evaluate, improve, and optimize Logistics operations and processes • Manage and analyze large datasets • Monitor operational performance, identify trends and issues, and develop actionable recommendations supporting business objectives and cost savings • Work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing and executing assignments • Support multiple large-scale initiatives and coordinate daily project activities • Develop and maintain project and organizational scorecards • Evaluate performance against business cases • Forecast operational needs and identify process improvement opportunities • Support business and system enhancements through analysis • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership • Create and analyze reports supporting business execution, including ad-hoc queries and reports from multiple resources • Develop business tools and solutions and identify Logistics process improvement opportunities • Provide recommendations to senior management • Mentor and guide Logistics Analysts • Perform data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and problem analysis • Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models • Manage vendor and business partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo • Experience with Maximo applications, including Inventory, Item Master, Storerooms, Purchasing, and Receiving • Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets • Strong forecasting, reporting, and process improvement experience • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) preferred • Experience with MXLoader preferred • Experience with MRO spare parts inventory management preferred • Experience supporting warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, manufacturing, or maintenance environments preferred • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or other reporting tools preferred • Knowledge of inventory optimization, cycle counting, and master data governance preferred • Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 3 years of work experience
