📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to accomplish project and team objectives within prescribed time frames and funding parameters • Coordinate cross-functional projects and shape priorities, set and track schedules, drive issue resolution, and ensure quality • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables and key project artifacts across multiple projects • Serve as primary point of contact with key customers for implementation of GHX core products • Lead coordination calls and align GHX activities with customer activities • Lead and facilitate project kickoff sessions to review assumptions and expectations, gather requirements, and educate internal stakeholders • Build detailed project plans and schedules identifying deliverables, milestones, and required tasks • Direct and coordinate project personnel, provide visibility to at-risk milestones, and develop tactical resolutions and action plans • Maintain project risk and issue logs; facilitate mitigation and resolution across functional managers and sponsors • Conduct regularly scheduled stakeholder meetings to progress projects according to charters and guidelines • Provide routine project updates and formal readouts to senior client and GHX leadership; escalate issues as needed • Hold team members accountable to commitments and manage project plans and schedules • Assist team members with customer-defined deliverables and implementation documentation • Maintain product knowledge to improve delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in project leadership roles • Experience with software development, implementation or integration projects in a leadership role or as a major team contributor • Basic understanding of the software implementation life cycle • Knowledge of project management methods and processes, including SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks • Demonstrated success in delivering project scope on time and within budget • Experience managing customer relationships and projects • Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, written and verbal skills • Solid analytical and qualitative reasoning ability, including diagnosing project performance problems and recommending corrective actions • Ability to multi-task • Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technology • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of solutions • Ability to travel up to 25% annually • CAPM Certification or equivalent preferred • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in the technology or healthcare arena • Healthcare technology implementation experience a plus
