📋 Description

• Manage customer programs and serve as the primary company representative for assigned customers. • Lead program delivery, including schedule, scope, risks, opportunities, and customer commitments. • Coordinate regular program reviews and key milestones, including PDRs and CDRs. • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure successful program execution. • Support proposal development, strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional project activities. • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive program success and integrated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree – a must. • 5+ years of experience in a similar Program Management role. • Program Management experience – a must. • Previous commercial aviation experience. • Experience with aviation systems, ISPs, or complex aircraft installations. • Experience with aircraft certification programs (FAA, EASA, TCCA, etc.) – advantage. • Familiarity with aircraft engineering drawings and documentation – advantage. • Experience with commercial aviation IFEC products or services – advantage. • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Project or similar tools required. • Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship. • Must be able to pass a post offer DOT drug test upon hire.
