📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on long-acting injectable implementation, access, reimbursement education, and stakeholder readiness for PrEP Institutions across the East region • Engage Pharmacy Directors and other decision-makers at PrEP Institutions regarding Gilead LAIs and compliant implementation considerations • Develop, refine, and execute implementation concepts, approaches, and standards to improve patient access to Gilead LAI PrEP medications • Act as the prime external-facing contact for significant LAI implementation matters and coordinate responses and resources across internal partners • Address questions about LAI PrEP acquisition, workflow development, implementation logistics, and access/reimbursement education • Develop compliant solutions to complex stakeholder, workflow, access, and reimbursement challenges • Determine field priorities, stakeholder engagement approaches, issue-escalation pathways, and cross-functional coordination • Monitor healthcare policies, payer and market trends, reimbursement pathways, specialty pharmacy dynamics, and buy-and-bill models • Identify trends and improvement opportunities and translate insights into process-improvement recommendations • Contribute to reports and updates for senior leadership through the Director of LAI Implementation • Represent Gilead externally with professionalism, sound judgment, and cultural sensitivity • Model Gilead’s values and comply with its Code of Ethics, Business Conduct policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements • Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams as a people leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience OR Master's Degree / MBA and 8+ years of related experience • Expertise in long-acting injectable implementation, provider workflow development, access and reimbursement education, specialty pharmacy models, HUB services, and acquisition models including buy-and-bill • Deep understanding of payer, provider, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical reimbursement relationships across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty payer pathways • Experience engaging large, complex provider accounts or institutions and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders • Ability to develop solutions to complex business and customer challenges, exercise sound judgment and considerable latitude, and drive cross-functional execution • Ability to translate field insights, policy changes, payer trends, and stakeholder feedback into process-improvement recommendations • Experience leading through influence and coordinating matrixed partners without direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 75% across the designated region • Ability to comply with ethical, legal, regulatory, and Gilead Code of Ethics and Business Conduct requirements
