📋 Description

• Lead a nationwide team of Field Reimbursement Managers for HIV Prevention • Provide leadership to the Field Reimbursement team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access and reimbursement strategies with business objectives • Lead recruitment, training, mentorship, and professional development of Field Reimbursement Managers • Cultivate a high-performance, patient-centric, compliant, efficient, empowered, and continuously improving team environment • Serve as a subject matter expert on access and reimbursement policies and practices • Translate complex scenarios into simple terms and train and coach the team • Maintain knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and market trends • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and office staff • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas • Provide regular updates to senior management on access and reimbursement initiatives • Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams • Travel across designated regions for in-person stakeholder meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience OR Master’s Degree and Ten Years Experience OR PhD and Eight Years Experience • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members • In-depth understanding of healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and reimbursement practices, particularly within the specialty pharmacy and biotechnology sectors • Experience engaging with and managing large, complex provider accounts • Familiarity with pharmacy benefits, specialty payer landscape, and reimbursement pathways (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) • Understanding of local and state policy changes' effect on reimbursement policies • Preferably experience with specialty pharmacies and utilizing a HUB service • Preferably experience in multiple buying models, including buy & build • Willingness to travel 75% of the time across designated regions • BA/BS/RN with 12 years of experience working for a major pharmaceutical organization on the field reimbursement team is preferred • MA/MS/PharmD with 10 years of experience working for a major pharmaceutical organization on the field reimbursement team is preferred
