• Serve as the analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Football Operations • Run intake and prioritization of analytics work across the organization • Triage requests into a visible backlog and sequence them against roadmap commitments • Build and maintain revenue models for ticket pricing, yield management, demand forecasting, and customer lifetime value • Define fan segments and target groups for retention and acquisition • Evaluate ROI and performance of marketing campaigns, sales efforts, partnership activations, and pricing decisions • Lead the transition to interactive self-serve analytics tools • Maintain enterprise dashboards tracking organizational KPIs • Own metric definitions, calculation methods, data sources, and consistency standards • Own the accuracy and integrity of analytical output • Partner with the Data Engineer on underlying pipelines and escalate data-quality issues • Direct and mentor early-career analytics talent • Build data fluency across the organization • Participate in standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Keep analytics work visible, scoped, and prioritized alongside engineering and CRM • Report to the VP, Data & Business Intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar) • An equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience may be considered • 5–7 years of professional experience in analytics • Hands-on ownership of business-facing models, including pricing, demand forecasting, customer lifetime value, segmentation, or campaign response • Track record of work that changed a business decision • Analytics experience within sports, entertainment, or live events • Hands-on experience with ticketing and revenue data, such as Ticketmaster/Archtics or similar systems • Experience leading a migration from manual, static reporting to a self-serve analytics environment • Advanced SQL, including complex query writing and optimization against a modern cloud warehouse • Familiarity with data modeling and modern stacks, including dbt, BigQuery, and ETL/ELT concepts • Working proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling • Ability to build forecasts, run statistical tests, and validate work • Advanced skill with a modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Experience designing self-serve, interactive dashboards • Ability to translate analysis for non-technical audiences and present recommendations to senior leadership • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to remain hands-on • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times • Preferred: advanced degree in a quantitative field • Preferred: experience with CRM and marketing automation data, including HubSpot or Salesforce • Preferred: experience mentoring or directing junior analysts, interns, or fellows
