📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and commercial direction for the High Voltage/Data Center vertical • Advance division growth, strengthen market position, and deliver sustainable financial performance • Develop and execute strategies expanding division capabilities and customer, industry, regional, owner, developer, general contractor, and manufacturer relationships • Partner with the VP and senior leadership to develop and implement division goals, strategies, and business plans • Prepare and manage division overhead budgets and provide monthly updates to the VP • Oversee temporary or permanent office space needs • Define staffing strategy and maintain organizational structure • Oversee hiring, performance management, promotions, compensation, and employee relations • Develop the division leadership team and oversee professional and field staff development • Travel up to 50% to core markets, customers, vendors, networking events, and project teams • Define and oversee growth strategy through innovative expansion of scope • Prepare revenue and profit projections • Identify, pursue, build, and strengthen key customer and manufacturer relationships • Analyze projects to determine strategic value • Guide ISEC and direct sales teams in bidding projects to meet order and profit goals • Support relationships with Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and Executives • Help regions generate new business and identify expansion opportunities • Establish and meet or exceed sales, ship-and-bill, and profit goals; manage department overhead accounts • Create and implement systems tracking sales and profit against goals • Collaborate with marketing efforts, trade shows, mailers, advertising, and regional brochures • Attend networking and industry events • Oversee estimating, manufacturer selections, bids, budgets, KPIs, and engineering processes • Oversee project execution, including sell values, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, releases, and deliverables • Lead HV Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing for procurement, material releases, and delivery to jobsites • Escalate manufacturer issues to minimize customer impact • Monitor project update meetings and support the Detailing Manager • Participate in Quarterly Division Reviews and prepare Work in Progress revenue and profit projections • Communicate and implement company safety policies and procedures • Establish zero tolerance for safety non-compliance and promote safety excellence • Ensure an accident-free division through the safety program and Safety Leadership Team • Provide resources and time for required project safety actions and ensure compliance with ISEC safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and related Construction experience • Minimum of 10 years Construction experience with 5 years in a leadership position • Advanced knowledge of Data Center/Chip Manufacturing Industry • Track record of success • Ability to mentor and coach subordinates in a start-up environment • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to foster innovation and a creative environment • Intimate and deep knowledge of Construction industry, products and manufacturers • Strategic approach to vendor selection by region or specific project pursuits • Deep understanding of regional market share by Data Center manufacturer to manage strategic alliances on pursuits • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations and processes related to large scale commercial projects • Strong relationship-building skills • Solid industry knowledge • Strategic thinker • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Strong financial skills • Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers • Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems or find someone who can • Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers • Committed to following up with customers in all instances in a timely manner • Strong sense of accountability • Creates a personal connection with customers • Positive attitude
