📋 Description

• Develop professional relationships and engage with national and regional Scientific Leaders • Provide company-approved medical and scientific information on therapeutic areas and Company products • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintain reliable contact with Scientific Leaders • Address scientific questions and direct out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate company resources • Maintain current knowledge of the scientific and clinical environment in the assigned therapeutic area • Initiate scientific and data-exchange discussions with Scientific Leaders and potential investigators • Assess alignment with research strategies, study concepts, scientific merit, and qualifications for compounds or trials • Enhance understanding of investigator-sponsored research foundations and goals • Identify barriers to patient enrollment and retention • Recommend study sites and identify potential investigators for Phase II-IV clinical development programs • Conduct Site Initiation Visits • Support protocol leadership in collaboration with Global Clinical Trial Operations • Address investigator questions and provide information about Company-sponsored clinical studies • Engage in scientific congresses and medical meetings and facilitate Company and competitor data exchange • Gather feedback and insights regarding medical or scientific needs, priorities, and concerns of Scientific Leaders and patients • Contribute to an inclusive environment and serve as a role model for creating, leading, and retaining the workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO, or MD • Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond that obtained in the terminal degree program • Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with key external stakeholders • Dedication to scientific excellence with a strong focus on scientific education and dialogue • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills • Thorough comprehension of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote) • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms • Desire to contribute to an environment of belonging and empowerment • Consistent adherence to field and corporate policies and Global Medical Scientific Affairs strategy, including field SOPs, GCP guidelines, and administrative/operational responsibilities • Candidates must reside within the territory covering IL, MO, AR, TN, and KY • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory • Valid driving license • Preferred: field-based medical experience, with GYN Oncology experience strongly preferred • Preferred: research experience • Preferred: demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication • No visa sponsorship
