📋 Description

• Own problems from discovery through production, including defining problems, shaping solutions, implementation, deployment, and customer follow-through • Build full-stack features across user interfaces, backend services, integrations, data, and infrastructure • Collaborate with product, design, and business unit teammates to evaluate opportunities and determine priorities • Prototype, release incrementally, gather customer feedback and usage data, and iterate on solutions • Join customer conversations and partner with onboarding and customer success teams • Make architecture decisions, simplify systems, and address technical constraints • Investigate production issues and improve performance, reliability, security, and maintainability • Share context, mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and improve engineering practices and hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building software in startup-like environments • Full-stack engineering experience • Proficiency in JavaScript, Ruby, or Python • Experience with Rails or a comparable web framework • Experience with React or another frontend framework • Experience with PostgreSQL • Experience with RESTful APIs • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP • Comfortable joining user interviews, shadowing onboarding, or using metrics • Clear asynchronous communication skills • Ability to prioritize, ship continuously, and solve problems creatively • Ability to operate autonomously and solve first-time problems • Comfort and curiosity using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Code Interpreter, or Claude • Must be based in the United States • Expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year
